To track your ticket sales and run in-depth reports on your sales data, go to the Ticket Sales Reports button in the Box Office - SSBO tab.
You will see a default report and a summary breakdown of:
Ticket Sales, Reporting Sales (this is what the artist sees so can differ from the Ticket Sales depending on your set up), Booking Fees, Stripe Fees, Eventotron Fees, Refunds, Total Income From Tickets (this is the total income to the festival or season after artist ticket sales payout)
Tickets (total number of tickets sold), Reservations and Comps.
The chart shows ticket sales over the on-sale time period.
The default report shows all your events, number of tickets, number of comps, number of reservations, value of the tickets sold, the reporting value (what the artist sees), booking fee, inside cut (if you, the festival or season, take a percentage cut of the actual ticket price - that amount will be shown here), checked in (when using the SSBO door tool or FOH tool to check in your audiences that figure will display here), Stripe Fee (currently this is visible once your festival or season has ended), Eventotron Fee (currently this is visible once your festival or season has ended), Refunded and Income.
