To run reports on customers - go to Customer Reports in the SSBO tab.
Here you can manually add a new customer who has not yet purchased tickets using the + button:
This is useful if you just need a record of a customer or you need to tag a new customer as a member, for example, before they purchase tickets through the box office.
Saved Reports - the dropdown here will show any reports you have saved
Use Filter to quickly find a customer
Select Only Show Opt-in if you want only those customers who opted into your mailing list to appear in results.
Select Include Tickets if you want to be able to see the tickets each customer purchased in the report.
You can choose the data you see in your report using the dropdown options in the left column.
Seasons - you can choose to see audience data from all or any seasons/festivals you manage in Eventotron.
Tags - you can select a tag to report on.
Purchase Date and Performance Date - you can specify a date range to report on for purchase or performance date.
Audience Questions - see the answers to any audience questionnaires you have created.
Events - search on specific events.
Once you have set up the report you want to run - hit Go
You can tag multiple customers by selecting and then clicking the Tags button.
Use Download to download a csv of your report
Click Save to save the report and use it again (it will appear in the Saved Reports dropdown)
