Once you have created your venue in Eventotron and completed all the required questions - you can join a festival or season by clicking the +Join a Festival tab (if this has a cross through it - there are required questions in red that you still need to complete in the Venue Details).
Search for the festival/season (you will only see festivals/seasons in the same country as your venue) you want to be part of and hit Apply:
