In the Info Collection tab of your festival / season management dashboard, click on the grey Finalise Bar under your season / festival logo on the left hand side.
The finalise bar shows how far through the registration process an event manager is. It shows a combined progress through all sections marked 'contributes to overall progress'.
When an event reached 100%, they will be invited to 'finalise'. At this point they may be asked to pay any outstanding registration fees and, once finalised, sections marked 'editable until finalised' will be locked to the event manager.
You may want to turn off 'finalising' (switch Require events to finalise to NO) if you release your registration questionnaires individually and over a long period of time. In this context, is sometimes doesn't make sense for an event manager to see their overall progress.
If you want events to see their progress through your registration process then flip Require events to ‘finalise’ to YES.
You can then change the ‘Ready to finalise’ and ‘Finalised’ text and determine which sections you want to contribute to finalising.
