As the festival or season manager you can add events in the management dashboard in the Events tab.
Click on + create a new event
Enter the event name
You can join it to a venue at this point or later in the process
There is the option to add a main admin contact at this point - this allows an event manager, producer or artist to administer the event. The new event manager will receive an automated email explaining they have been made the event manager and asking them to log in and manage their event. If they do not have an Eventotron account, we will create one for them.
You can do this step later if you prefer. Please note that festival managers have administrative access to events in your festival automatically.
Hit create event
You will see the event has been created and you can then administer it.
You (the festival / season manager) can completely manage the event or you can add someone else as a main admin contact at any time.
