Create a New Venue Section
Eventotron has standardised venue sections and questions, however, if you need further information from participating venues you can add your own sections under Venues in Info Collection:
Click + create a new venue section and give the section a name.
Once created you will see the section Options tab:
Here you can change the section title and give it a description.
You can also choose the section type - questionnaire or Documents (Documents works in the same way as the Event Info Collection Documents section)
Choose whether the section is to be visible to the venue or is hidden for admin use and under Editable by venue choose whether the venue can enter answers to questions here.
Set Required Venue Fields
This gives you the option to make standardised venue questions required so venue managers have to complete them in order to submit their application to your festival or season
Click on Set required venue fields, click on the grey section and then tick those questions you would like to make required (there are standard required questions you cannot edit, such as main admin contact, image, address, etc)
