Once you have created a new festival or season you will see the Management Dashboard for your new festival/season
You will start at General under the Setup tab
Here you can change the name of your festival/season if needed
Change the managing company if needed
Alter the start and end dates if you need to
Change the last performance and first performance dates (these are usually the same as the start and end dates and those are the dates that will automatically be inputted.) This feature is used if you have previews or shows at the end of your festival/season that fall outside of the main festival/season dates
Allow performances on all dates – In the majority of cases, when your festival dates and first - last performance dates are the same then this should be set to YES.
When you have different dates in first / last performance flip this to YES to allow any event to perform on the expanded (first performance - last performance) date range. Flip it to NO if you want to grant permission on a venue level to allow performances outside of the festival/season dates.
